Graduated from China University of Political Science and Law in 2005, and graduated from Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology with a junior college degree in Economic Law in 1989

Yang began practicing in 1994, and has served as the legal consultant for a large number of organizations. Yang is proficient in corporate management, representing commercial and civil cases, dealing with challenging and complex cases, and has rich experience in handling cases.

Yang once represented the descendants of Gong Baiyu on the copyright infringement case against a famous story-telling performance artist Shan Tianfang; handled a number of litigation cases for Japanese-funded manufacturing enterprises; handled a large body of insurance recovery cases for Japanese-funded insurance companies, and a great many litigation cases for large state-owned enterprises.
