Cui is committed to the research on labor law and intellectual property law, and once worked in foreign companies such as Procter & Gamble. Cui is familiar with legal affairs across all aspects of fast-moving consumer goods, logistics, education and other industries. Cui is adept at handling contract disputes, labor and personnel disputes, intellectual property disputes and emergency responses. Cui has handled more than 400 cases of various types. With rich experience in litigation practice, Cui can provide enterprises with legal services on daily legal compliance, human resources and intellectual property compliance, and dispute resolution. Cui has also provided legal services for grassroots governments and urban neighborhood committees all year round, and has long been involved in petition response, public opinion emergency handling, and publicity for community-level legal systems. As a key lawyer of legal aid in Shanghai and Pudong New Area, Cui also participates in legal aid work throughout the year.
