Shi is familiar with the inner legal workings of real estate development and construction, and has provided legal support for the engineering construction projects and real estate operations of relevant institutions such as CCCC Second Harbour Engineering Co., Ltd., Nantong Property Management Office, Nantong Wuzhou International Investment Co., Ltd., Nantong Huawei Real Estate Development Co., Nantong Xinjianghai Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., and Nantong Municipal Engineering Co., Ltd. Shi has rich theoretical and practical knowledge of contract law, and is practiced in mediating disputes occurring during the performance of a contract. Shi is adept in the legal handling of economic contract dispute cases. With rich experience in foreign legal services, Shi has provided professional legal services for a variety of foreign companies including Singapore Keppel Group, Japan Siso Co., Ltd., and Nantong Xiurun Textile Co., Ltd. (Spanish-owned). In addition, Shi also has a wealth of legal experience in corporate legal counsel, contract law, corporate law, bankruptcy (compulsory liquidation) law and administrative law fields, etc.
