Zhao has long been dedicated to the research and practice of legal services for capital markets since he became a lawyer in 2001, and now he has 18 years of experience in legal practice. Zhao is well versed in the legal services on the establishment of private equity funds and investment, corporate restructuring, asset mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, corporate financing, issuance of securities, domestic IPO, refinancing of listed companies, pre-listing counseling and legal due diligence of enterprises, corporate incentive mechanism design and New Third Board listings. Zhao, engaged in capital legal services, provides perennial legal advisory services for a host of large-scale enterprises. Zhao is mainly involved in enterprises’ large-scale commercial negotiations, writing standardized contract texts, standardizing corporate governance structures for legal personnel, and providing enterprises with legal services such as investment and financing, and legal services directly linked to the client company’s development. Although litigation legal is not his main field of business, Zhao has excellent legal ability. Zhao once represented a host of challenging and complicated cases involving various types of contract disputes, credit and debt disputes, labor disputes, intellectual property disputes, property right transaction disputes, family property disputes, marriage inheritance disputes, etc. The Defending Words of XX Drug Trafficking Case published by Zhao won the second prize for ""Court Defenses"" at the Session 1st Shanghai Lawyer Academic Competition hosted by the Shanghai Bar Association.
