Shou once worked for the Shanghai Oil and Gas Corporation on the construction of the Pinghu oil and gas field in the East China Sea (with a total investment of CNY 5 billion). Shou represented a dispute case over an equity transfer of more than CNY 13 million of Shiji Xinzhou Investment Co., Ltd. with Wang XX. for Huo XX. 5. Shou represented the senior management of XX Network Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in a dispute case seeking CNY 14.7 million in compensation for damages to the company's interests and responsibility. 6. Shou represented a Shanghai industrial company with their application for enforced debt recovery and liquidation for a company in Jiangsu with an accumulated debt of CNY 39 million. 7. National hotel chain development projects for Shanghai XX International Hotel Investment Co., Ltd. such as the Taiyuan Jiancaoping Store, Linfen Jiefang Road Store and Hangzhou Binjiang Store. 8. Joint venture and cooperative development projects such as the Shanghai Pudong Dazhihe Ecological Forest and Guihuayuan Villa 1,500-mu Construction Project. 9. The joint venture and cooperative development project of the 300-mu Xingong Center Village Residential Project in Maogang Town, Songjiang District, Shanghai.
