Since he began practicing, Chen has been engaged in providing legal services on litigation and arbitration, corporate legal consulting, investment mergers & acquisitions, listing on the New Third Board, securities issuance, etc., and has yielded considerable results; Chen’s key business areas include real estate, capital market, corporate, and construction engineering.
