Zhong has been practicing commercial law for over 15 years, gaining a formidable legal standing and rich practical experience. Zhong is well versed in designing feasible trading legal solutions that maintain commercial rationality for clients from both legal and commercial backgrounds. He is able to keep a strong hold on the true and false elements of complicated cases, grasping the key of the case, and winning the initiative in litigation and arbitration cases. Since he began practicing, Zhong has successfully handled a large number of non-litigation commercial cases with complicated legal relationships and large transaction figures, as well as a large number of major, challenging and complex economic dispute litigation and arbitration cases. His main practice areas are corporate securities, mergers & acquisitions, investment and financing, real estate, and litigation and arbitration, with clients involved in industries such as financial securities, investment (PE/VC/public/private equity), real estate development, general aviation, high technology, trade, catering and entertainment. His clients have included partnerships, limited companies, limited liability companies, group companies, foreign companies and multinational international groups.

Some cases undertaken by Zhong: as a legal consultant at the headquarters of a securities company, Zhong provided whole-process legal services for the company's business affairs; provided legal services on mergers & acquisitions projects for companies such as Stockstar and Guotong Network; provided legal services on financing projects for companies such as Mine Loader Software Co., Ltd., Ding Ding Map, etc.; as a legal consultant, Zhong provided special legal services on large-scale projects such as Jinying Commercial Real Estate Project and a listed company acquisition; Zhong provided professional legal support for the Jinhuitong Aviation Rescue Project; Zhong successfully represented a number of securities financial litigation and arbitration dispute cases; Zhong successfully represented the joint development dispute case of Pudong Market Company against Zhou (Group) Co., Ltd.; Zhong successfully represented China's first strain infringement lawsuit against a famous university in Beijing; and Zhong successfully represented a host of private equity and investment and financing dispute cases.
