Li Jingliang and his team have been mainly engaged in litigation and non-litigation legal services in fields such as mergers & acquisitions, real estate & construction engineering, and green finance (carbon emissions trading). In the corporate field, Li continues to provide legal support on daily operations, contract management, project investment, equity transfer, corporate deadlock resolution, commercial risk control, and dispute resolution for several well-known multinationals, large state-owned enterprises, listed companies and private enterprises. In the field of mergers & acquisitions, Li has provided legal services on equity mergers & acquisitions, asset acquisitions, equity investment, debt investment and corporate financing (bond issuance, etc.) for many Chinese financial institutions, investment companies and entity companies. His services have included project judgment, transaction structure design, due diligence, legal opinion issuance, creditor's rights and debts arrangement, commercial negotiation, agreement drafting and review, procedure handling, and so on. In the field of real estate & construction engineering, Li provided whole-process legal services on land/project bidding, demolition, project review, project financing, project disposal, construction engineering contracting, engineering visa claims, construction period default claims, project quality default claims, project transfer, property sales, and property leasing for a host of well-known real estate development enterprises and construction engineering companies. In the field of green finance (carbon emissions field), Li, one of China’s early participants and leaders in this area of business, was committed to providing legal services for risk management in carbon emissions trading (including carbon quota trading, certified voluntary emission reduction [CVER], development and trading) and carbon finance (including carbon investment fund establishment/ issuance/investment/management, carbon pledge financing, etc.).

Li assisted a state-owned, listed company in carrying out equity restructuring, mixed ownership reform and equity disposal projects (mergers & acquisitions and restructuring) for its photovoltaic power plant project companies in Inner Mongolia, Jiangxi and Yunnan; Li assisted an investment institution to establish an environmental protection industry investment fund, and to invest in an environmental protection industry company and to withdraw from the project in the form of convertible bonds (mergers & acquisitions and restructuring type); Li assisted an investment institution to establish a number of urban renewal equity investment fund investment projects (mergers & acquisitions and restructuring type); Li assisted a leading Chinese human resources company to implement the group system equity ownership structure, as well as restructuring and external mergers & acquisitions projects (mergers & acquisitions and restructuring type); Li assisted a construction engineering company in implementing the construction contract and subsequent commercial property management of the Xujiahui commercial landmark T20 building (construction engineering type); Li assisted a construction engineering company in implementing the construction contract and the subsequent risk management of the municipal heat pipe network in Shenbei New District, Shenyang City (construction engineering type); Li assisted a cultural tourism company to renew and renovate the commercial block of Zisha No. 2 Plant in Yixing City, Jiangsu Province, implementing a historical and cultural commercial block development project (real estate type) in Jianggan District, Hangzhou City; Li assisted a food company in implementing a Phase II industrial plant construction engineering project in Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province (real estate type); Li assisted multiple real estate development companies to develop numerous residential real estate projects in independent or joint forms (real estate type);

Li was qualified as an independent director of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and a carbon asset manager of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
