In the field of infrastructure and real estate, Miao has participated in the overall development and construction of various development zones, industrial parks, high-tech parks and high-end living communities in Shanghai and Suzhou. Miao provides whole-process legal services for land development, engineering construction, project financing, project management, business management, commercial housing rental and sales, also offering legal services on infrastructure construction engineering for well-known logistics enterprises. Miao has provided financing legal services on various real estate projects such as commercial, office, residential, air transportation, and exhibitions, familiar with the operating modes of financing methods such as special funds, trusts, equity, entrusted loans, and mergers & acquisitions. 

In the field of mergers & acquisitions, Miao has served as a special legal consultant on a host of domestic and overseas mergers & acquisitions projects for large-scale state-owned enterprises, covering fields such as mechanical equipment, internet, real estate, cultural media, energy, logistics, biomedicine, AI, big data, etc. 

In the field of private equity investment, Miao has served as a legal consultant for multiple private equity funds and parent funds. He has provided these institutions with legal services regarding setting up venture capital funds, private equity investment funds, mergers & acquisitions funds,  government guidance funds and businesses in terms of carrying out domestic and overseas investment and post-investment management. 

In addition, Miao has a strong bank of professional skills and rich litigation experience in the fields of real estate, construction engineering and corporate law.
