Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) – East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL)

Passed the Judicial Examination in 2002. Prior to practicing law, he held positions including Office Director, Human Resources Manager, and in-house legal counsel at large enterprises.

With over 20 years of practice, his practice areas cover civil and commercial dispute resolution and corporate legal advisory services. He has served as legal counsel to more than 30 enterprises, universities, and government departments, and has handled over 1,200 civil, commercial, and criminal cases.

His team focuses on intellectual property, various types of contract disputes, equity disputes, and corporate dissolution and liquidation matters.

Served as a part-time lecturer at the Law School of East China Normal University from 2010 to 2019, a total of nine years. Taught courses including Contract Law, Administrative Law, and Criminal Procedure Law.

Received the honor of "Shanghai Outstanding Criminal Defense Lawyer" in 2009.
