In 1991, Wang completed the study in Mechanical Engineering at Changshu Institute of Technology (formerly Changshu Junior College). In 2014, Wang graduated from Nanjing University and completed his undergraduate study in Law.

Internship at Jiangsu Shaoping Law Firm from July 2000 to April 2002; full-time lawyer at Jiangsu Shaoping Law Firm from May 2002 to December 2015; full-time lawyer at Grandall Law Firm (Suzhou) from January 2016 to December 2018; full-time lawyer at SG & CO PRC LAWYERS (Changshu) since January 2019.
