Du has served as the legal consultant for numerous Chinese and foreign production companies. Du has not only avoided countless legal risks for the companies, but also handles any lawsuit cases for the companies he consults. Du has represented hundreds of lawsuits since he began practicing as a lawyer and has extensive litigation experience. Du is adept at handling the coordination, litigation and execution of various complex and challenging contract disputes and managing disputes in accounts receivable. In response to the current ever-changing social pressures of marriage life, a few years ago Du focused another piece of research on marriage law, and has handled the divorce cases, which are rapidly increasing year by year. The matrimonial property involved in Du’s divorce cases has ranged from several hundred thousand Chinese yuan to over 10 million. After accepting the entrustment of his clients, Du put himself in their position and adopted litigation or mediation, trying his best to protect the legitimate interests of the clients, and spared no effort to make up for the injured party in the marriage with his superb practice skills.
