Qu has worked as a lawyer since 2012, the main practice areas including financial law, contract law, and corporate law. Qu has participated in the disposal of non-performing assets for a number of banks. Qu has provided clients with legal services for the disposal of non-performing assets, debt recourse, and guarantee enforcement, mainly involving designing and optimizing asset disposal plans, developing relevant legal documents, issuing comprehensive legal opinions, and initiating or responding to administrative and judicial procedures. Qu has rich practical experience in property right mergers & acquisitions, investment and financing business, tax policy, labor dispute treatment, accounts receivable recovery, and collateral disposal of companies. Currently, Qu serves as the full-time legal consultant for numerous companies from financial services, to aircraft accessories business, to mobile game live streaming business fields.

Qu represented the KingKoil (Shanghai) Sleep System Co., Ltd. to handle multiple sales contract disputes and provided special legal services for collection of accounts receivable.
