Wang’s main practice areas are foreign investment, corporate mergers & acquisitions, litigation and arbitration. Wang has undertaken projects involving foreign investment into China, mergers & acquisitions, corporate dissolution and liquidation and divestment for a number of foreign companies, across the industries such as energy, electronics, machinery, automotive, finance, food, service and retail. Wang has extensive professional knowledge and practical experience in labor, foreign exchange and customs issues involved in the establishment, operation and withdrawal of foreign-invested enterprises. Wang has served as the perennial legal consultant for a host of large-scale Chinese and foreign institutions and enterprises, providing them with legal advice on the overall planning, daily operation and dispute prevention in investment, trade, and finance. Wang has handled a large number of dispute resolution cases involving finance, real estate, corporate and contracts.
