Chen’s main areas of practice are litigation and arbitration for financial, contract, criminal and administrative law. Leading his team of lawyers, Chen has provided clients with legal services on non-performing asset disposal, debt recourse, guarantee realization, bankruptcy liquidation, etc., including the design and optimization of asset disposal solutions, legal due diligence on asset disposal, development of relevant legal documents, and issuance of comprehensive legal opinions. In recent years, Chen has participated in the disposal of non-performing assets of a host of banking institutions. In addition, Chen has also worked with ethics, compliance and other departments to participate in the internal control and management of various companies, recovering economic losses for clients through criminal reporting and other means. Chen has also coordinated clients’ administrative, regulatory relationships faced by enterprises in the course of business operations, such as market supervision and intellectual property infringement. Chen once led a team on a case involving the disposal of non-performing assets between China Minsheng Banking Corp. Ltd., China Merchants Bank, Bank of DaLian and Nanyang Commercial Bank. Chen participated in a non-performing asset transfer service for China Cinda Asset Management Co., China Orient Asset Management Co., Ltd. and China Great Wall Asset Management Co., Ltd. Chen once led the team to conduct a risk control core survey for a Global 500 group, a luxury group, and a renowned bed group. Chen has represented multiple main board listed companies, New Third Board listed companies and listing registration companies to coordinate administrative regulatory compliance issues.
